E/I regulations meant that broadcast networks had to stop broadcasting conventional cartoons in favor of live-action shows, most of them belonging to Litton.
The block ended in an unceremonious way, probably because they just didn't care about it, not to mention the website which has been limited after the announcement.
NBC Kids and MiTelemundo still show cartoons, but they are all E/I.
